1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Stake4Life Ltd., a timber stake manufacturer at Rosegreen, Cashel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, established in 2026. You can reach us at info@stake4.life.

2. About this website

This site describes the products we manufacture. It is not a shop: no prices are displayed, no payment is taken online, and submitting the enquiry form does not place an order. Product descriptions and standard sizes are given in good faith and may be updated as our range changes.

3. Quotations and orders

We reply to enquiries with a written quotation covering specification, quantity, price and delivery. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless the quotation itself states otherwise. A contract comes into being when we confirm your order in writing, not when you send an enquiry.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted per order and, unless the quotation says otherwise, exclude VAT and delivery. Delivery cost is stated on the quotation before you commit. Payment terms are set out on the quotation or invoice.

5. Deals and offers

Deals published on this website are open to anyone who meets the stated conditions. Quote the code with your enquiry and we will apply it to your written quotation, where it will be shown as a separate line before you commit to anything. Deals cannot be combined with one another or with an agreed contract price.

Each deal carries its own conditions, such as a minimum quantity or a delivery county, and those conditions are stated with the deal. We may change or withdraw a deal at any time, but a deal already applied to a quotation stands for the life of that quotation.

6. Delivery and collection

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on production and treatment cycles. We will tell you if a date is going to move. Collection from the yard at Rosegreen is available during opening hours; please let us know ahead so the goods are ready. Risk in the goods passes on delivery or on collection.

7. Timber, treatment and natural variation

Timber is a natural material. Colour, grain, small knots, surface checking and minor variation in diameter are normal and are not defects. Stated treatment classes refer to the class the timber was treated to at the time of manufacture. Service life in the ground depends on soil, drainage, installation and whether the treated envelope has been cut through on site, and cannot be guaranteed as a fixed number of years.

8. Claims and returns

Please check goods on delivery or collection and tell us about any shortage or damage within 7 days so we can put it right. Goods made to a customer specification are not returnable unless they do not match the specification we confirmed. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer under Irish law.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code, images and the Stake4Life name on this website belong to Stake4Life Ltd. You may print or download pages for your own reference in assessing our products. You may not republish, sell or reuse the content commercially without our written permission. We do not display or trade on the trademarks of any other business on this site, and we do not sell counterfeit or copied goods of any kind.

10. User content

This website does not host forums, comments, reviews or any other user-generated content. The only information a visitor can submit is the enquiry form, which is sent privately to our office and is never published on the site.

11. Availability and liability

We aim to keep this site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend it for maintenance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These terms, and any contract made under them, are governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
